The conference fee includes registration, all meals (including Candle Light dinner) and accommodation from 22nd- 25th May 2008. Scientific sessions will begin on Thursday 22nd May at 2 p.m., therefore you should plan to arrive in the morning. The conference will finish on Sunday after breakfast.

 

All accompanying persons are invited to the meals and a range of trips are available.

 

Registration charges will be:

550 EUR per person per single room

520 EUR per person per double room

430 EUR per student

450 EUR per accompanying person.

All of the above prices are valid until the end of January 2008.

 

Later registration will incur a surcharge of 100 EUR on the above prices until April 15th 2008 or 180 EUR after April 15th.

To register to attend the conference please complete Part 1 of  the form below. Registration can be done before or after payment.

 

To register to attend and present at the conference please complete Parts 1 and 2 of the form. Part 2 is for the submission of  the presentation’s abstract. For multi-author presentations only one author need complete Part 2. Abstracts may be submitted before or after payment of the registration fee but they will not be considered until the registration fee has been paid.

 

When you have completed Parts 1 and 2 of  the form as appropriate, please submit the form by pressing the submit button at the bottom of Part 2 of the form. You will receive a message confirming that the form has been submitted headed “Diolch/Thank you”. You will then receive an e-mail from the organisers confirming receipt of your registration (please allow a few days for this).
